Hop around an abundance of craft beer taprooms and tasting lounges and see how the world’s best sea salt is made.
Tour a Saltcote and learn the history of Anglesey Sea Salt and how it is produced. See how charcoal-filtered seawater is harvested from the Menai Straits and how flakes are rinsed, dried (entirely by hand) and shipped off around the world,
Utilising native botanicals for flavour and crafted with water filtered from the Snowdon mountain range above, sample gin and whiskey that tastes and smells like its place of origin.
